Hex Schmidt Modular

hex-schmidt-modular

The Hex Schmidt Modular is a project that implements four oscillators (using a CD40106 IC) in a 3D‑printed PETG enclosure, allowing connection of multiple control sources (potentiometers/knobs, photoresistors, or other external inputs). It is based on the misuse of an integrated circuit (the Hex-Schmidt trigger) never intended to make sound, as described by Nicolas Collins in Handmade Electronic Music.
